3D Virtual Tours. How do these tools help you to sell your house?

3D Virtual Tours. How do these tools help you to sell your house?

3D Virtual Tours. How do these tools help you to sell your house?

Feb 22 3D virtual cameras have become a very convenient tool for the Real Estate sector. It is a tool that helps both sellers and buyers so much, as it provides a full and accurate knowledge of a certain property, making buyers become more interested in visiting a property, and thus, giving sellers more chances of selling it. In this article we explain everything about this innovative tool.

3D virtual tours can help you sell your house faster, as it gives the client a better notion of your property, they can see parts like ceiling and floor, and access every room they would like to visit in detail. 3D virtual tours make you feel like you are there in person. Photos just can’t compare to the greatness of a 3D tour. You can even virtually get out of the house and see the structure!

Basically, it allows the user to freely move around the house, turn around, look up and down, to help them get the feeling of what is like to be living in a particular property. But it is not only good for the buyer, it is also very handy for sellers, as it only takes one visit of your realtor, who will do everything for you using just the 3D camera and an iPad.

By providing a 3D virtual tour to potential buyers, you will be not just catching their attention, but also you will get those clients who are really interested to schedule a visit of your property, as it is more likely for buyers to go for the properties they are more sure about.

Another advantage of this tool is the fact that users can view it either from the website on their desktop, or use an iPad or their phones to go over it with just using their fingers. But, what do they see when they access? Well, they will find the structure of the house seen from the outside, they will see the floor plans and then they can decide to step in the house or watch a default tour of your property.

Virtual 3D tours are the most innovative and realistic tool nowadays. Of course, the camera provides high resolution, which allows the buyer to see all the details, it helps them to get immersed in the property.

When buying a new home, one needs to see himself living in it, sharing it with his loved ones and enjoying every single room in the house. That is exactly why this tool is so impressive, just because it helps people feel almost what they would feel at their new home-to-be, and see themselves working, celebrating Christmas, cooking… and helps them picture themselves.

Because when we buy a home we are not just buying a property, we are channeling our inner dreams and ambitions to get the life we have always wanted.

If you want to sell your property or learn more about this tool, do not hesitate to contact us for further information. We can help you sell your house faster!

Amazing Autumn – Seasonal Dining in Ibiza

Amazing Autumn – Seasonal Dining in Ibiza

Amazing Autumn – Seasonal Dining in Ibiza

Oct 27
Autumn on the White Island is a magical time of year. Whilst we are still blessed with the wonderfully warm Ibiza weather, the rise and fall of the rhythm of the island is at a much lower pace, with a gentle, relaxed atmosphere replacing the sometimes frenetic pace of the high summer.

As the superclubs prepare to close their doors and the party people retire to recuperate and plan to do it all again next year, Ibiza welcomes still more visitors, those who come to enjoy the calmer vibe and peaceful energy. It´s also a fabulous time to discover some new dining destinations, as many of the best restaurants in Ibiza stay open throughout the Autumn season, if not all year. Here are a few of our favourite autumn eateries.

Can Pilot

This iconic restaurant centred in the heart of San Rafael is quite simply an unmissable place for those visiting in the autumn. Warm, welcoming and authentic, Can Pilot is renowned for its excellent, locally sourced meat, and it is truly a carnivore´s paradise. It´s eternally popular with holidaymakers and islanders alike, who come here time after time to feast on the sobrasada, chuleton, and our particular favourite, the butifarra brochetas, simply divine!

Tatel Ibiza

If you´re looking for some South Beach glamour for your dining experience then head to Tatel, located on the shores of Paya dén Bossa. This opulent bar and restaurant opened early in 2017 to much fanfare, and has quickly established itself as one of the hottest spots to see and be seen on the island. The restaurant has been launched by a powerful alliance between the Ibiza magnate Abel Matutes Prats and Manuel Campos Guallar. They have collaborated with three other founding partner’s names which everyone will recognise as being the most well recognised in the world of showbusiness and sport, Enrique Iglesias, Rafa Nadal and Pau Gasol, surely some of Spain’s very best unofficial ambassadors. With a definitive culinary mission, they are setting to raise the standard of fine dining and excellent service in Ibiza, and their gastronomic delights simply speak for themselves. The views over the seafront, lit by the canopy of stars simply adds to the overall ambience, and dining alfresco on their exquisite terrace, is the very best way we can think to end yet another perfect autumnal Ibizan day.

La Bodega

If you have spent an afternoon exploring the streets of the capital, Ibiza Town and fancy a break to enjoy some truly exceptional tapas, then there is only one place to head, La Bodega. You´ll find this little gem at the foot of the entrance to the Dalt Vila the ancient fortress which dominates the skyline of the town, and once you step inside, you´ll feel instantly at home. The owners, Fernando and Miguel have been serving up their own inventive tapas dishes since 2005, and the passion and vigour for what they do is evident in everything from the decor through to the excellent cocktail list, and of course, the food! Their tapas is a combination of traditional dishes with a modern, innovative twist. We recommend the salmon with red peppercorns, wasabi and soy, a true taste explosion!

Taco Paco

Our final recommendation is the much loved Taco Paco, a marvellous Mexican restaurant on the main street of the thriving town of Santa Eulalia. The interior is simply a kaleidoscope of colour, with a combination of traditional Mexican style and a little Ibiza style thrown in to create the perfect ambience. This restaurant is consistently fully booked throughout the year, which in itself is an indication of the winning combination of welcoming staff, divine decor and excellent, well priced food. We defy anyone not to leave here with a big smile on their face, especially if you´ve sampled their legendary margaritas!

So, if you are in Ibiza this autumn, perhaps to search for your very own Ibiza villa or simply to enjoy this magical time of year, then be sure to indulge in some seriously good food at any one of these destinations, we can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Closing parties 2017

Closing parties 2017

Closing parties 2017

Oct 6

We can barely believe that we are writing this, but yes, the wonderful month of October is already upon us. The weather in Ibiza is still balmy, yet not sweltering, the beaches are less crowded, and the island herself seems to be more relaxed, calm and tranquil as we prepare to bid a fond farewell to yet another glorious Ibiza summer.

However, as the temperature begin to drop, the tempo will still be rising in the legendary nightclubs across the islands as the promoters and DJ´s who have packed the dancefloors all summer gear up for the most celebrated events of the season, the famous Ibiza Closing Parties. The season runs longer than ever before, with most of the major clubs still welcoming loyal music fans until mid October. Here is our guide to the Top 3 October Closing Parties in Ibiza.

Music On at Amnesia – Friday 6th October

Music On has been one of Amnesia´s most consistently busy nights for some years now, with the inimitable Italian Marco Carola and his crew of techno wizard DJ´s ensuring a cutting edge display of the most up to date tunes to be found anywhere on the island. Having built up a dedicated following, the closing party is now set to run over two nights, such is the popularity of this weekly party. Kicking off on Friday at midnight, Carola will be joined behind the decks by some of the most sought after DJ´s in the world including Hugo Bianco, Oxia and Miss Kittin, plus of course some very special unannounced guests taking you straight through to Saturday morning when the club will finally say goodbye to another season of Music On at 6am. Have you got the stamina?

Hï Ibiza– Sunday 8th October 2017

This summer, the new club Hï Ibiza opened its doors on the hallowed grounds which used to house the much mourned superclub Space. Expectations were high, with many loyal Space fans doubting that this adored venue could ever live up to its previous reputation. However, ingenious design some of the hottest acts from across the globe and a whole heap of good vibes induced by the Ushuaia management team who run the venue have ensured that this new club has won over even the most doubtful of clubbers. Consistently packed out with their mindblowing events such as the decadent disco night Glitterbox, and Black Coffee, Hï Ibiza has exceeded our expectations. The club will close its doors for the summer on Sunday 8th October, and we are promised a truly memorable event, with Guy Gerber, Andrea Olivia and Steve Lawler just a few of the legendary names on the lineup. The dramatic performers we have come to love over the summer will also be present, with everything from acrobats to Vegas style showgirls lighting up the club with their glamorous shows. One definately not to be missed!

Circoloco Closing Party at  DC10 – Monday 9th October 2017

Some would say this is the closing party to end all closing parties, and certainly one of the most important dates in any self respecting clubber´s diary! This now legendary party in the iconic venue, a transformed aircraft hanger has been the most celebrated party in Ibiza´s recent years. The dark red walls of DC10 have come to represent the pinnacle of house music for diehard fans, who flock here week after week to enjoy the unique atmosphere and unmissable vibe. The closing party is always a roadblock so we suggest arriving early to get a good spot on the dancefloor! The lineup is as always a closely guarded secret, but we expect to see some of the usual DC10 suspects such as Loco Dice, Tania Vulcano and Jamie Jones whipping the crowd into one last frenzy for the summer!

So, if you are lucky enough to be visiting the island of Ibiza in October, be sure to pack your dancing shoes, it’s going to be an October to remember!

Spotlight on Ibiza Town

The capital of the island of Ibiza is the majestic, ancient area known as, quite simply Ibiza Town. Here, amongst the cobbled winding streets lies a world of intrigue, mystery, art and culture, which sits side by side with the dazzling marinas and decadent nightlife scene which the island has become so famous for. A place of contrast and beauty, of history and glamour, a place of contradictions, but above all, of great charm.

It’s little wonder that this is one of the most sought after areas when searching for prime real estate in Ibiza, and the centre itself is home to some of the most spectacular and of course centrally located Ibiza villas and houses to be found anywhere on the island.

Dalt Vila

If you wish to enjoy living in the very heart of the town, then look no further than the majestic walls of Dalt Vila, the ancient fort, whose enchanting streets hold a host of delightful homes, fabulous rooftop apartments and breathtaking villas, all of which offer unforgettable views over the port and the town itself. Spotlight on Santa Eulalia

Apr 26 Spotlight on Santa Eulalia

The third largest town on Ibiza, Santa Eulalia is a thriving hub which is an all year round living and working destination, one of the main reasons many people choose this area when searching for their perfect Ibiza villa. A more family friendly resort than some of the other towns which are famed for their party scene, Santa Eulalia is popular with families, couples and those seeking all the attractions of the island, without the madding crowds. Here is our guide of some of the best places to wine, dine and, sunseek and shop.

Beaches

The main promenade of the centre of the town itself boasts a long stretch of white sandy beach, manned by lifeguards in the summer months, and the walkway is packed full of pretty cafes, bars and shops, perfect places to stop for a spot of shade, a little refreshment and some retail therapy after a hard day on the beach! If you head further along the coastline, you will come across one of our absolute favourite beaches Cala Pada, a wonderful bay with crystal clear shallow water which is absolutely ideal for those with young children. This beach is also home to Ria´s bar, an excellent Chiringuito where they serve what are arguably the best mojitos in town! Follow the coast in the other direction and you will reach the pretty village of Cala Llonga, which also has an abundance of welcoming restaurants and shops, and also caters very much for families.

The coastline around Santa Eulalia is a wonderful blend of soft beaches and mountainous landscapes, where you will find hidden away some of the most breathtaking villas in Ibiza, secluded and private, yet still close too all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Beachclubs

If luxurious dining beachside is your thing, then you are in luck. Santa Eulalia is home to some of the most bohemian and exclusive beachbars and clubs in Ibiza. One of these is Babylon Beach, a rustic yet refined and utterly charming bar and restaurant which is famed for its fresh and organic menu. On the shores of Nui Blau beach you can dine in style at Pura Vida, a stylish and welcoming beachclub who also host weekly shows from flamenco legend Paco Fernandez. For the ultimate indulgence, follow the signs to the viewpoint of Sol dén Serra, close to the village of Cala Llonga, where you will discover the cliffside delights of Amante beachclub, one of the most exclusive and elegant fine dining destinations in Ibiza. The bay of Sol dén Serra is also surrounded by some fabulous Ibiza real estate and the views over this pretty cove simply have to be seen to be believed.

Attractions

Should you yearn to learn a little more about Ibiza´s rich and varied history, then Santa Eulalia has a lot to offer. Take a trip up to the historic church, named Puig den Missa, which looks proudly over the town, and marvel at the beautiful architecture which dates back to the 16th century. Take the small signposted walking track from the bottom of the church and you will reach the Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza, a small but fascinating cultural centre, housed in a traditional Ibiza finca ´house´, where you can take a trip back in time to an Ibiza gone by, with a rare collection of artefacts, paintings and other interesting articles.

Shopping

Santa Eulalia has a wealth of shops, selling everything from clothes, jewellery, homewares and of course souvenirs. Many of these shops, as well as bars and restaurants remain open all year round, which is one of the reasons so many people are attracted here when they begin their search for Ibiza real estate. If you love a bargain, head to the famous hippy market of Es Canar which takes place each Wednesday between April and October and is a colourful riot of stalls selling everything you could possibly imagine, all with a lovely bohemian, Ibizan vibe.

Aside from all the wonderful shops, bars and restaurants, Santa Eulalia has a real community spirit, with a wonderful collection of nationalities, including British, Dutch, German and many more whom have chosen to make their home here in this thriving and delightful town. Apr 1 Our new blog series: The five municipalities of Ibiza

The island of Ibiza is divided into five municipalities, each with their own wonderful landscapes, beautiful beaches and of course a host of spectacular Ibiza villas. Over the next few weeks, we will be featuring each area in our bi weekly blog, giving you a wonderful insight into the hidden treasures each different area holds, guiding you through the many wonders of the island as you search for your dream home in Ibiza.

Spotlight on San Juan

One of the prettiest of these is the area of San Juan, far in the north of this small yet magical island. There are many reasons to choose San Juan when searching for that perfect villa in Ibiza, from its scenic countryside, wild and rugged coastline, soft sandy beaches, plus an abundance of fabulous places to eat, drink and shop. Here are just a few of our favourites.

Beaches

San Juan is blessed with some of the most secluded, idyllic and natural beaches on the island, many of which are relatively untouched by the influx of tourism. Take the road towards Portinatx and you will discover the heavenly bays of Cala Xarraca and Cala Xucla, quiet and far from the madding crowds, these horseshoe shaped bays are a haven of peace and tranquillity, where you can swim, snorkel and splash in the crystalline waters, reviving your soul. Head up further north, through the village of San Juan and you will reach the breathtaking bay of Cala San Vicente. A more lively, family friendly atmosphere abounds here, and the water is such a startling shade of turquoise that you will feel as though you have stepped onto a movie set. Some of the Ibiza villas which overlook this bay are the most sought after of all Ibiza real estate due to the unforgettable views of this incomparable coastline. Should you fancy a long and lazy lunch, we recommend the friendly and quirky On the Beach restaurant, nestled into the far right hand corner of the beach, where a warm welcome and excellent food is guaranteed every time.  Of course, we cannot forget to mention Benirass, one of the most famous of Ibiza beaches, a place where the bohemian set rub shoulders with supermodels and hippies, but where everyone is welcome, and the Sunday sunset drumming session simply have to be seen to be believed, attracting a colourful collection of musicians, dancers and drummers who come to celebrate the end of another perfect Ibiza day.

San Joan Village

Certainly one of the most picturesque of all the villages in Ibiza, San Joan is home to some of the islands most colourful characters, cafes and shops. A haven for artists and eccentric characters for decades, the village boasts a number of organic cafes, eclectic shops selling clothing and trinkets, and each Sunday plays host to a vibrant street market, where a host of stalls sell everything from homegrown organic vegetables to handmade jewellery, furniture and decorations. There is always a welcoming atmosphere with live music in the centre of the square getting everyone into the Sunday spirit. Should you wish to enjoy a truly excellent lunch or dinner, then head to the Giri Cafe, in the very heart of the village, where their innovative menu, enchanting garden and fine cuisine keeps their customers coming back time after time.

Agroturismos

If you are holidaying on the island whilst searching for your dream Ibiza villa to make your home, then San Joan also is home to some of the prettiest and most delightful agroturismos (country hotels). One of our favourites is Can Marti, a true hidden gem, set in a wonderful ecological garden, where you will feel as if you have stepped into your own personal piece of paradise. The building is over 400 years old and has been carefully maintained to retain all its natural charm, whilst offering all modern creature comforts. Revive your senses in the breathtaking hammam, or simply take of advantage of the wonderful Ibiza weather and soak up the healing rays of the Ibiza sunshine in one of the many luscious garden areas or ecological pool.

So, when deciding on your chosen area for your dream Ibiza villa, if you favour the peace and tranquillity of the north, then San Juan has everything you could possibly need to make all your dreams come true.

Welcome to Primavera – Ibiza Style!

Welcome to Primavera – Ibiza Style!

Welcome to Primavera – Ibiza Style!

Mar 27 As the temperatures begin to rise and the island of Ibiza slowly awakens from its winter hibernation, there is always one party which truly represents the very spirit of the start of Spring. The Primavera Fiesta at Atzaro is always one of the most highly anticipated events on the islands social calendar, giving residents and visitors alike the chance to dust off their party shoes and join the festivities as we prepare for yet another fabulous season in Ibiza.

For those of you who have never been lucky enough to visit Atzaro, it is one of the most beautiful venues on Ibiza,  hidden away in the countryside of the area of San Lorenzo,  home to some of the finest villas in Ibiza. A divinely designed agroturismo which incorporates luxury accommodation, two fine dining restaurants, several bar and chillout areas, as well as sprawling, beautifully cultivated gardens and a heavenly spa.

Each and every year, the magnificent grounds are transformed into a fabulous fiesta space, incorporating  different  stages for live music and DJ´s, an eclectic an colourful market selling locally made clothes and jewellery, food stalls and pop up bars and much, much more.  A whole area is dedicated to the children, with tightrope walking, children´s yoga, drumming sessions, face painting and arts and crafts, meaning that the little ones were never bored! A huge amount of effort goes into the organisation and decoration of this beautiful event, and this year, the party was even raising funds for local charities, by asking for a donation of 5€ per person on entrance.

For 2017, Spring started on Sunday 26 March for the island, and as we arrived at the venue we were greeted by a sublime wall of sumptuous sunflowers, and the Spring theme was very much evident throughout, with fresh flowers and bright colours being the order of the day. The Ibiza weather was very kind this year, with the sun shining down on partygoers for the entire day, and we basked in the healing rays of the Ibizan sunshine as we strolled through the grounds.

We were treated to two fantastic live musical performances, firstly from The Ibiza Lights, led by Spencer Kennedy, who were joined on stage by young dancers from the local Davinia Van Praag Dance Academy, the dance troupe recently won the coveted Gold medal for Spain in the national Modern Dance contest.  Later in the evening the melodic sounds of the Ibiza House Orchestra flooded the airwaves and had everyone on their feet with their original covers of classic house music tracks, creating a truly Ibizan vibe!

As the sun went down, many families called it a night due to the crowds, but hundreds of music lovers  stayed to dance the night away , with DJ´s such as Anna Tur, Iban Mendoza and Manu Gonzalez all taking to the decks, it was a truly island based affair, showcasing local talent all round.

For the hard core partygoers, the fiesta continued at B12 with Iban and Manu joined by Chino Paino B2B with Jacobo Saavedra at the Ibiza Town location, where the celebrations continued until the early hours.
