I’m the Talent Acquisition & Business Development Manager at RE/MAX Isla Blanca, where I focus on attracting new talent and contributing to the continued growth of RE/MAX Isla Blanca in Ibiza.

Having previously combined recruitment with my role as sales manager, I now fully dedicate my time to helping real estate professionals build successful careers within our team. With more than a decade of experience in recruitment, coaching, training, sales, and marketing, I’m passionate about people, communication, and building strong professional relationships across different cultures.

Speaking Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and conversational French allows me to connect easily with international professionals and clients from diverse backgrounds. I’m proud to be part of the RE/MAX Isla Blanca team and excited to contribute to the future growth and success of our company.
